Warehouse Receptionist

Job Description: As the company receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the organization, whether that be in person or via telephone.  You will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Operate multi-line telephone system – answering all incoming calls
  • Determine purpose of callers & route call to proper party
  • Assist callers with general information and display courteous & professional customer service
  • Greet & assist visitors
  • Perform all daily filing & maintaining of filing system
  • Order office supplies for various department
  • Receive, open, sort & distribute mail daily
  • Provide clerical & administrative support to various departments
  • Ship small packages via USPS shipping wizard
  • Coordinate monthly employee birthday celebrations
  • Maintain company phone directory
  • Receive and distribute all incoming facsimile
  • Coordinate repair of office machines as needed (copiers, printers, fax, scanners, postage machines) and keep all machines stocked with paper, ink, etc.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned to assist various departments or business needs

  • Proficient (Intermediate or Advanced) in the following programs:
  • Windows
  • Word (Letters, faxes, labels & envelopes, tables)
  • Excel (creating, editing, formulas, manipulating mailing lists into mail merges)
  • MS Outlook for email
  • Experience with MAS200 or SAP software, as well as Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) a plus.
